Veggies (broccoli, cauliflower, bok choy, carrots, peppers, red onion, green beans, snap peas, mushrooms, asparagus), one or various
Garlic, minced
Coconut oil or Grapeseed oil
Salt
Pepper
Red pepper flakes
Directions
- Preheat oven to 425F.
- Combine everything in large bowl and mix well.
- Bake on parchment paper for approximately 15 minutes.
