Ingredients

2 eggs
2 cups milk/yogurt
2 tsp baking soda
2 tsp baking powder
2 cups flour (whole-wheat, all-purpose, or mix)
5 tbsp vegetable oil (can decrease this if desired)
1 cup mashed very ripe bananas (optional)
fruit

Directions

  • Put butter/oil on pan.
  • Cook over medium low.
